You'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions, focusing on fine-tuning multimodal LLMs to improve application approval/denial automation and fraud detection for a financial services company. You'll work closely with the CTO and Staff ML Engineer to build a better system for evaluating consumers consistently and fairly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models autonomously
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights for product development
• Monitor and improve performance of deployed models
• Stay updated with latest ML advancements and apply knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Machine Learning or Data Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Proven ability to improve models for named entity recognition and financial document classification
