Description

In this role, you will own the technology and platform capabilities for our workers compensation program, lead the integration with the Policy Administration System, and drive the broker experience. You'll work at the intersection of insurance operations and technology, configuring our Program Builder and defining cross-sell opportunities to enable efficient quoting, binding, and servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years product management experience with technical products in technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with discovery and iterative mindset
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own workers compensation platform capabilities from quote-to-bind through policy servicing
• Lead integration with Policy Administration System for seamless data flow and operational efficiency
• Configure Program Builder for carriers, products, and underwriting rules
• Define and implement cross-sell opportunities between workers comp and other products
• Optimize broker experience for intuitive, fast, and competitive policy delivery
