You'll lead airfield design projects and manage client relationships in a hybrid environment. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver aviation infrastructure solutions across the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and planning for complex site development and airfield projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, financials, and technical requirements.
• Coach and mentor less experienced professionals on design standards.
• Travel to project sites to build rapport with clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners for airport engineering services.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in one or more states
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience in aviation, transportation, or related
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Civil 3D or AutoCAD
• Experience with ArcGIS
• Familiarity with FAA regulations
