You'll help customers transition AI workloads from proof-of-concept to production on Nebius infrastructure. You'll ensure stable, performant, and cost-efficient deployments as a trusted technical partner. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transition from PoC to production
• Monitor and improve performance, cost, and reliability
• Act as primary technical contact for production issues
• Identify opportunities to optimize and expand usage

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems
• Experience with distributed systems or high-load applications
• Experience working directly with technical customers
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving

• Experience with GPU workloads or AI infrastructure
• Familiarity with inference frameworks like vLLM or TensorRT
• Background in solutions engineering, SRE, or technical support
