- Lead daily network repair, monitoring, and restoration activities
- Manage incident response for outages and service disruptions
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management

- 5+ years in network operations or IT support
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams
- Incident management experience in SLA-driven environments
- Experience with monitoring tools and operational dashboards
