💼 About This Role

You'll lead water resources projects for a national consulting engineering firm, managing teams and budgets from proposal through completion. Your impact will drive program growth and client satisfaction in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role offers the chance to build a water resources practice and mentor project managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise technical staff and project managers on multiple projects
• Lead project development from scope to completion including QA/QC
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and project initiation documents
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience in both project and client management
• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
• Experience in water resources
• Experience with technical oversight, project management, and business development

• Professional License preferred
• Ability to mentor and train staff
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
