💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the technical design authority for Maven AGI's most strategic enterprise accounts, owning pre-SOW validation and production architecture for AI agent systems. You'll guide Forward Deployed Engineers from POC through launch and convert field learnings into reusable platform capabilities. This customer-facing role lets you shape the Solutions Architecture function at a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate platform fit, integration complexity, and risks for strategic SOWs
• Design reference architectures for multi-channel AI agent systems
• Guide Forward Deployed Engineers on architecture decisions and launch readiness
• Turn each deployment into reusable assets like templates and checklists
• Lead architecture reviews and technical deep dives with executives

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or equivalent customer-facing technical leadership
• Proven track record taking complex enterprise solutions from discovery into production
• Strong system design skills across APIs, event-driven systems, and data modeling
• Hands-on fluency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or similar for prototyping and code review
• Practical AI/LLM depth including RAG, tool use, eval, and agent orchestration

✨ Nice to Have

• CCaaS experience with Genesys, Five9, NICE, Twilio, or Amazon Connect
• Depth with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or ServiceNow
• Experience in regulated or complex data environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
