You'll build full-stack systems for Y Combinator's admissions pipeline, Demo Day, and internal tools. As an AI-native engineer, you'll own the entire product lifecycle from UI to backend. This role offers total product ownership at the heart of the world's most influential startup accelerator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship full-stack applications for YC admissions pipeline
• Build and scale digital infrastructure for Demo Day events
• Partner with YC partners to automate manual bottlenecks
• Develop custom internal tools for decision-making processes

📋 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering with end-to-end ownership experience
• AI-enabled development proficiency (Cursor, Copilot) in production
• LLM or vector database integration experience
