🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction site logistics, work schedules, and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety policies and drive safety culture on jobsite.
• Coordinate daily field activities and resolve conflicts with contractors.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and scheduling for assigned sub-projects.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Experience managing employees on a construction site and contract labor.
