You'll manage HR operations for Lalamove's Indonesia team of 170+, partnering with management on people strategy. You'll drive hiring and recruitment to support rapid growth across multiple cities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and headhunting for all business verticals.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
• Advise management on organizational design and people strategy.
• Partner with regional teams on compensation and employee relations.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor regulations.
• Experience working across multiple markets in Indonesia.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
