You'll lead the evolution of Acorns' Trade and Risk Platform, ensuring new product launches provide high-quality customer experience while scaling systems for global use. You'll collaborate with Trading Operations, Risk, and Data Science to define and execute the trade and risk roadmap, directly impacting financial wellness for everyday families. This role stands out for its balance of technical depth and strategic impact in a remote-first, mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the trade, risk, and operations roadmap
• Improve customer trading experience with smart risk friction
• Build tools for Risk Operations to update rules independently
• Evaluate and implement third-party trading and risk tools

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Program Management in Fintech, Risk, or Payments
• Deep understanding of APIs and SQL
• Knowledge of Machine Learning decisioning engines
• Expertise in data analysis and articulating trade-offs
