• Respond to member inquiries via phone and chat about loan applications
• Take ownership of resolving inquiries and foresee additional needs
• Document member interactions using templates
• Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Google products and customer service tools
• Flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, or weekends
