You'll support merchant sales and account management teams at Paytm, managing offer configurations and operational reporting. Your core impact is ensuring smooth payment operations for key merchant accounts. This role offers exposure to fintech innovation with India's leading payments company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain merchant offers and pricing in internal systems
• Execute MDR and VAS updates as per approved requests
• Process and verify merchant invoices with Finance and Sales
• Prepare MIS reports on sales performance and merchant activity

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in Sales Operations or Merchant Support in Fintech
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Understanding of payment processing and merchant lifecycle management
