🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain custody systems across multiple blockchains
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and infrastructure teams
• Optimize issuance infrastructure for performance and latency
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Golang or Java
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS
• Strong foundation in distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Background in cryptography or custody platforms
• Knowledge of Rust, Python, or C++
