💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Launch Potato's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture. You'll build the SRE function from scratch so product teams can ship faster without compromising reliability, security, or cost. This role offers the opportunity to deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure and complete an AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and compliance.
• Build SRE function with on-call rotation, PagerDuty, and SLAs.
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero downtime.
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready evidence package.
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience.
• Deep Terraform expertise in production environments.
• Experience building SRE function from scratch with ownership.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in one or more previous roles.
• PagerDuty experience and standing up an on-call rotation.
