💼 About This Role

You'll lead daily transportation operations as the critical communication hub at our Philadelphia location. You'll ensure seamless service delivery by orchestrating drivers, vehicles, and routes for student transportation. You'll be the operational heartbeat, ensuring every student gets to school safely and on time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and monitor daily route assignments and driver schedules
• Coordinate vehicle service and repairs with Maintenance Manager
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate emergency response network
• Maintain route documentation for compliance with district requirements

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft or G Suite applications
• Experience in high-pressure, time-sensitive operations (transportation, logistics, etc.)
