You'll shape the future of creative at the intersection of brand, experience and product at Metalab, leading craft excellence across the organization. You'll balance leadership with hands-on client work, modeling best practices and delivering high-impact design engagements. This role offers the chance to coach senior leaders and influence design direction at an industry-leading digital product studio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Metalab's product and brand design vision across teams and client work
• Coach senior design leaders and project teams with actionable feedback and career guidance
• Own design quality across the department, upholding and upleveling creative standards
• Partner with clients at a strategic level to evolve their brands for digital-first environments

📋 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in brand and product design in a digital-first environment
• At least 2 years leading design teams at a senior director or executive level
• Ability to maintain a 4-hour overlap with Pacific Time (PST) business hours
• Fluency in modern design tools and emerging AI tooling
