Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, using the Svetness Fitness App to track progress and customize workout programs. You'll conduct reassessments every 4-6 weeks and maintain a flexible schedule, with client appointments provided directly to you.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited)
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years experience
- Familiarity with exercise equipment and training methods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App to track sessions and program notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client appointments via Svetness scheduling software
