You will introduce shoppers to Instacart's Caper smart cart technology in grocery stores, demonstrating features and encouraging adoption. Your work directly impacts the use of cutting-edge technology redefining the retail shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in retail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working with and explaining new technology
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with in-store customers to introduce Caper smart carts with live demonstrations
• Develop and execute effective sales tactics tailored to each store environment
• Foster positive relationships with store personnel as a brand ambassador
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales insights
• Achieve daily and weekly user acquisition goals
