• Manage early delinquency accounts via PayJoy app and SMS
• Coordinate with external agencies for accounts overdue 31+ days
• Monitor agency performance through weekly recovery rates
• Conduct recovery experiments to improve collection rates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of collections management and team leadership experience
• Proficiency in collection management software and Google/MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of credit reporting procedures and compliance standards
