Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams and customers to adopt our platform with confidence. You'll build scalable programs and toolkits, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive consistent implementation practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting or similar role, ideally in digital experience platform or solution services
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns
• Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for varied audiences
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs in cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on product features and best practices for Customer Experience and cross-functional teams
• Serve as company-wide subject matter expert, developing prescriptive implementation guidance and synthesizing into workshops and materials
• Establish strategic, scalable technical enablement practice supporting continuous education and consistent understanding
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Demo teams to evaluate new features and influence decisions
• Create and maintain library of enablement materials including usage guidance, patterns, and architectural recommendations
