• Concept and create paid social content (static, video) that converts
• Leverage performance insights to generate new ad concepts
• Own paid social workstreams and create templates for efficiency
• Bring ideas from concept to execution independently and collaboratively

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in a relevant role with multidisciplinary portfolio
• Skilled with Figma, After Effects/Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Portfolio with direct response marketing examples, including paid social ads
• Understanding of key performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and CAC
