You'll own the end-to-end integrity of critical operational workflows for an edtech company. You'll ensure scalability, quality, and resilience while driving AI adoption to remove manual steps. You'll act as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders and influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage domain health across process, source of truth, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze complex problems and make evidence-based recommendations to Senior Managers.
• Influence the product roadmap and facilitate difficult conversations with functional leads.
• Own metrics for your process and build dashboards for decision-making.
• Mentor peers and share specialized knowledge to elevate team capability.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in operations, process improvement, or quality assurance.
• SQL proficiency to query data directly.
• Experience mapping and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience generating and maintaining SOPs in platforms like Guru or Coda.
