Description

You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects, acting as an executive sponsor to drive technical strategy, innovation, and cross-functional alignment for Celonis's largest client accounts. Your team will define architecture, data, and cloud strategies while engaging with C-level executives to unlock business value.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams at top consulting firm or software vendor
• Proven strategic vision connecting technical solutions to business value
• Excellent communication skills with track record of executive presentations
• Expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
• Act as executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, presenting to C-level executives
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization using Agentic AI
• Serve as leadership bridge between product engineering and client teams
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams
