Description
You will bridge the gap between Creative and Growth Marketing teams, focusing on conversion-driven design for social ads, landing pages, and email graphics. You'll iterate rapidly based on performance data to optimize direct-response creative assets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital design experience in DTC, e-commerce, or performance agency
- Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere) for social video ads
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Data literacy: understand CTR, conversion rate, CPA and how design influences them
- Knowledge of direct response psychology and sales principles
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on high volume of static and motion-based ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
- Create modular templates for rapid testing of hooks, headlines, and visual styles
- Produce lightweight, high-converting video ads optimized for social media
- Design high-converting landing pages focused on UX and conversion rate optimization
- Attend weekly performance meetings and use metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to inform design decisions
