Description

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you'll deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers, complete paperwork, and ensure a positive experience. This role offers performance-based pay growth and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Ability to satisfy state-specific DMV access requirements
• Physically capable of detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in varying weather
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and perform inspections
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain tracking notes
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
