💼 About This Role

You'll drive deals and account growth across government and federal public sector accounts for UiPath's automation software. You'll be the primary leader and sponsor for key customers, ensuring value realization and satisfaction. This role offers autonomy and the chance to shape product strategy through client feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify new opportunities within Public Sector accounts and engage C-level decision makers.
• Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans for Key Accounts.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Operate as lead point of contact for all matters specific to key accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Sales and Account Management experience with high-growth tech or software vendors.
• 8+ years selling and account relationship management in the Public Sector.
• In-depth technical understanding of the Automation/Digital transformation market.
• Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with C-level prospects.
