💼 About This Role

You'll lead the vision and strategy for transforming PlayerWON's media buying and operational processes for in-game advertising. You'll drive partnerships with PC and console publishers to scale rewarded video ads. This role is the commercial glue between partnerships, operations, and engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end business development lifecycle for gaming partnerships
  • Lead strategy for expanding PlayerWON's supply across PC and console titles
  • Define KPIs for partner acquisition, revenue growth, and retention
  • Represent PlayerWON at industry events and executive meetings

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation or ops strategy in media or gaming
  • Deep understanding of F2P monetization models and in-game advertising
  • Experience scaling digital or operational platforms at the intersection of games and media
  • Familiarity with game publisher integrations, VAST tags, SDKs, and campaign tracking

✨ Nice to Have

  • Background in ad tech or martech (CTV, programmatic, mobile performance media)
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools or RPA
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot, Postman, or Looker
