You'll lead and mentor the Studio Producer team to execute live production across all fitness modalities in our New York studios. Your core impact is driving strategy and operational synergy to deliver world-class content to millions of members. You'll also partner with global teams to refine production protocols and elevate output.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Studio Producers and Production Assistant teams
• Drive production strategy and refine protocols with global partners
• Collaborate with scheduling to optimize staffing for live recordings
• Represent production in cross-functional leadership meetings

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in live broadcast and remote production
• Proven track record managing high-performing teams
• Extensive experience working with on-air talent in fast-paced settings
• Exceptional organizational skills managing complex projects

• Proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus
