You'll act as the analytical hub of the training team, diagnosing operational performance gaps and translating them into strategic learning initiatives. You'll bridge data analytics with learning solutions to drive measurable impact across sales and support teams. This role focuses on data-driven problem solving rather than course creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs daily.
• Detect performance drops and root causes across cohorts.
• Assess operational risk of upcoming product releases.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via pre/post performance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Project Management experience in L&D or Operations.
• Analytical mindset with data and dashboards proficiency.
• Experience formulating hypotheses on performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of operational KPIs like CSAT, QA, AHT.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Kirkpatrick evaluation Levels 3 and 4.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Superset.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
