You'll support day-to-day People & Culture operations in the Toronto studio, fostering a positive employee experience. You'll partner with the P&C Manager to deliver key programs and initiatives. This role offers growth in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Prepare reporting and tracking for studio operations
• Provide first-point-of-contact employee support
• Coordinate recruitment and early talent initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in People & Culture or HR
• Highly organized with accurate work delivery
• Proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS like Lever
• Familiarity with Ontario employment standards
