You'll work directly with Partners to source and evaluate the next generation of category-defining startups. You'll lead investment diligence by evaluating founding teams and performing deep-dive research. This is a front-line role for an operator-minded investor to shape the future of AI-native companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source investments by building relationships with founders
• Lead investment diligence on startups
• Support portfolio companies with go-to-market strategy
• Represent Uncork at demo days and technical gatherings

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in product-facing role at AI-native startup
• Strong technical context and founder empathy
• High self-direction and connectivity in SF ecosystem

• Former YC founder or early employee at breakout company
