You'll lead in-licensing and commercialization partnerships to bring new therapies to the Canadian market. Your work directly expands patient access to innovative treatments through strategic deal execution and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead identification and evaluation of in-licensing opportunities
  • Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements
  • Develop commercialization strategies for new products entering Canada
  • Manage relationships with global pharmaceutical partners

  • 15+ years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Proven success in in-licensing and deal execution
  • 10+ years in client-facing roles (sales, marketing, BD)
  • Strong understanding of Canadian pharmaceutical regulatory environment

  • Advanced degree in Science, Business, or Management
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
