🎯 What You'll Do
- Define and drive global compensation strategy aligned to business growth
- Design and scale compensation programs including base salary, incentives, and equity
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing compensation team
- Lead pay equity strategy and analysis to address gaps
📋 Requirements
- 12+ years of compensation experience in high-growth tech companies
- Proven experience building and scaling compensation programs in fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in equity design for tech talent retention
- Strong executive presence and experience advising senior leaders and compensation committees
✨ Nice to Have
- CCP or advanced degree
- Knowledge of global compensation regulations
- Experience with AI and advanced analytics in compensation
