🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and drive global compensation strategy aligned to business growth
  • Design and scale compensation programs including base salary, incentives, and equity
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing compensation team
  • Lead pay equity strategy and analysis to address gaps

📋 Requirements

  • 12+ years of compensation experience in high-growth tech companies
  • Proven experience building and scaling compensation programs in fast-paced environments
  • Deep expertise in equity design for tech talent retention
  • Strong executive presence and experience advising senior leaders and compensation committees

✨ Nice to Have

  • CCP or advanced degree
  • Knowledge of global compensation regulations
  • Experience with AI and advanced analytics in compensation
