You'll lead the AI & Data department at Gstock, building models and data pipelines for HORECA software. You'll drive demand forecasting and optimization using traditional ML and Generative AI. Join a decentralized European software ecosystem with full remote flexibility and a focus on innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and apply ML and DL models for forecasting.
• Integrate Generative AI and LLMs into solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines with ETL architecture.
• Perform data analysis and create BI dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as AI Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Traditional Machine Learning expertise (e.g., XGBoost, time series).
• Python proficiency with Pandas, PySpark, TensorFlow.
• Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Glue, Redshift).

✨ Nice to Have

• Demand forecasting experience in retail/hospitality.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and RAG systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and MLOps.
