You'll own the full post-sale customer lifecycle for 40+ enterprise and strategic accounts in the space industry. You'll ensure customers are successful with Epsilon3's platform and collaborate with leadership to refine sales and support processes. This role requires strong attention to detail and a keen interest in product improvements.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as a product SME and advocate for clients' needs.
- Own post-sale lifecycle for 40+ enterprise accounts.
- Conduct bi-weekly or monthly feature demos and feedback sessions.
- Act as liaison between customers and Product & Engineering.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS.
- Excitement and knowledge of space/launch/transportation industry.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Technical aptitude to understand complex products.
