💼 About This Role

You'll own the product vision and roadmap for the UDS Army Platform, a DevSecOps platform enabling secure software delivery into Army environments. Your core impact will be balancing compliance, developer experience, and government customer needs to drive product strategy across the full capability model. This role uniquely blends technical expertise, government customer engagement, and team leadership in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product vision and be accountable for outcomes across customer segments
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, including career development
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with limited resources
• Synthesize customer requests and compliance obligations into a roadmap
• Build alignment with Growth team on roadmap and value proposition

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing software, platform engineering, or SRE teams
• High-level understanding of Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and cloud providers
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity authorization processes (ATO, FedRAMP)
• Experience with DevSecOps tooling or compliance automation

• Experience with monetization models for open source software
• Hands-on technical experience with platform or software engineering
