You'll work closely with the founding team at Zauber, an AI startup building autonomous agents for global logistics. You'll drive recruiting efforts, manage internal systems, and support go-to-market initiatives.

• Build and manage internal systems like website and tooling
• Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding
• Support go-to-market initiatives and customer outreach
• Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding

📋 Requirements

• Experience in generalist roles at early-stage startups
• Somewhat technical background or AI intuition
• Strong communication in German and English
• High integrity and strong work ethic
