Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric or adult clients in their homes, following doctors' orders and monitoring conditions. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships with short commutes.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes to provide hands-on skilled nursing care
• Follow and document doctors' orders and care plans
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Build client relationships and support developmental milestones
