You'll lead a team managing key accounts, driving client loyalty and growth for Alan's health partner platform in Spain. You'll support the team in onboarding, cross-selling, and renewals while building tools and strategies. This role offers high ownership in a fast-paced healthtech environment with a mission-driven culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure loyalty and engagement
- Lead renewal campaigns and renegotiate contracts
- Drive cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs
- Develop tools and resources for team efficiency
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Sales, Account Management)
- 3+ years managing a Sales or Account Management team
- Track record of over-performance with enterprise clients
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English
