You'll support the team in onboarding, cross-selling, and renewals while building tools and strategies.   • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure loyalty and engagement
  • Lead renewal campaigns and renegotiate contracts
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs
  • Develop tools and resources for team efficiency

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Sales, Account Management)
  • 3+ years managing a Sales or Account Management team
  • Track record of over-performance with enterprise clients
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English
