Description

You will lead onboarding and skills workshops for Stripe's Global Sales Team, equipping them with product knowledge and sales strategies to drive revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging training materials and assess effectiveness through feedback and metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years in sales, sales enablement, or related field
• Passion for teaching and adult learning principles
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions
• Experience coaching value selling or solution selling programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
