💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, cover the sales floor, and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide amazing customer experience on the sales floor
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
