You'll support members on their healthcare journeys by answering questions and solving problems as part of a mission-driven team. You'll act as in-person support for client groups in Ohio, building relationships and ensuring excellent service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Visit clients onsite across Ohio to support members with their plans
• Act as in-person support for client groups and members after enrollment
• Assist Account Management in building positive relationships with key individuals
• Answer calls, respond to web chats, and reply to emails

• Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel up to 30% across Ohio
• Track record of reliability, accountability, and strong communication
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to educate members on best practices and create positive experiences
