💼 About This Role

You'll own a product domain analytically for a SaaS platform serving home service businesses. You'll partner with Product, Design, and GTM teams to drive experimentation and causal inference that shapes product decisions and user experience. This role is a high-impact individual contributor position within a collaborative analytics team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and analyze A/B tests, handling low traffic and multiple concurrent changes.
  • Apply causal inference methods where clean experimentation isn't feasible.
  • Build customer segmentation and lifecycle models for product and GTM decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into analytical plans.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on product analytics for a SaaS or marketplace product.
  • End-to-end experimentation experience: test design, metric selection, results communication.
  • Fluency with causal inference methods (diff-in-diff, regression discontinuity, synthetic controls).
  • Strong analytical SQL including complex joins, window functions, and cohort analysis.

  • Python analysis (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn).
  • Bayesian methods or probabilistic modeling.
  • Monte Carlo simulation or scenario modeling experience.
