You'll serve as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, Finance and drive financial excellence across the organization. You'll own company-wide accounting practices and lead the month-end close process. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing team at a leader in healthcare data exchange.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead month-end closing process and board reporting packages
• Manage team of accountants for timely accounting entries and cash flow
• Track software development efforts and enforce capitalization policies
• Lead year-end financial audit and tax compliance activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 9+ years of accounting experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other large ERP systems

• Big 4 public accounting experience
• SaaS industry experience
• Experience with financial controls implementation
