💼 About This Role

You'll join Axiom's team as an employment lawyer supporting clients in the Detroit metro area. You'll provide expert legal advice on compliance, risk mitigation, and employment law matters across multiple industries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies
• Provide guidance on wage and hour compliance and discrimination claims
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce management
• Manage employment legal issues across industries

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII and related laws
• Proven track record advising on employment litigation avoidance
• Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in Michigan
