You'll design and develop wireless communications algorithms for the Starlink Mobile satellite constellation, optimizing MAC and PHY layer protocols. Your work will directly impact system performance for a global-scale satellite network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize MAC/PHY layer algorithms for link adaptation and power control.
• Simulate MAC scheduling algorithms supporting multi-beam joint scheduling.
• Analyze inter-cell/inter-beam interference and propose solutions.
• Run link-level and system-level simulations to compare algorithm performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 1+ years engineering experience.
• Experience with MAC and PHY layer protocols in cellular base stations.
• Experience with 3GPP protocols.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in wireless communications.
• Experience with production wireless network debugging.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.
