🎯 What You'll Do

• Support establishment of policies for inforce and claims processing
• Ensure timely and accurate post-issue transaction processing
• Analyze problems and recommend systematic/procedural solutions
• Collaborate with TPA partners on escalations and daily work

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of financial services or TPA vendor management experience
• Inforce and claims subject matter expertise in life insurance
• 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
