💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site technical support for autonomous surface vessels at DoD partner locations, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. You'll also integrate systems and train customers to ensure seamless operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide on-site technical support for autonomous surface vessels
• Integrate systems with partner infrastructure and test compatibility
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop documentation
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in field support or customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical knowledge of autonomous systems or marine vessels
• Willingness to travel frequently to partner locations
