You'll be the first point of contact for customer questions, bugs, and issues, owning the experience from first email to resolution. You'll diagnose problems with the Matic robot, collaborate with engineers, and spot patterns to improve product and processes. This is a three-month internship to hone support and technical troubleshooting skills.

  • Support customers end-to-end from first response to resolution
  • Ensure every customer issue is acknowledged and fully resolved
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams
  • Learn Matic robot product details inside and out
